AREaiONX Strengthens Pre-Heat-Treatment Quality Control at Norm Cıvata with Artificial Intelligence

As part of the AI-powered computer vision project carried out at Norm Cıvata’s production facilities, a dedicated analysis system was developed for the critical quality-control stage before heat treatment.
The AREaiONX solution analyzes production-line camera footage to support the real-time detection of foreign materials that may pose a quality risk. This helps make critical events at the control point more visible and easier to monitor.
The project is positioned not only as an image-analysis application, but also as a field solution designed to support more systematic and traceable quality-control processes in manufacturing. Following the implementation and validation work carried out by the AREaiONX and Norm Cıvata teams, the project has moved into a new phase focused on expanding the solution to additional production lines and control points.
AREaiONX continues to combine existing camera infrastructure with AI-powered computer vision to develop site-specific solutions for production, quality control, occupational safety and operational processes.
