NORM

Our partnership began with the goal of raising occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in the field. The AREaiONX platform was established to track employees' use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and security vulnerabilities in dangerous machine sections in real time, and to provide machine control. Initially, critical OHS analyses such as the presence or absence of glasses and gloves, as well as machine cover openings, were successfully commissioned. As the process progressed, the system was expanded with advanced analyses such as product counting on the factory's production line and detection of non-production anomalies.

CMS WHEELS INDUSTRY

Within the scope of digitizing weighbridge system processes, the automatic addition of front and rear vehicle images to DBA documents using AI-powered camera systems was ensured. This data was directly integrated with the relevant government agencies through the system, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Furthermore, another critical development was implemented for worker safety in robotic production areas. With image processing analysis for robot interaction zones,, in the field if an employee is detected, an automatic intervention signal is sent to the relevant PLC systems, and the robot motion was safely stopped.

STARWOOD WOOD RPODUTS

In our organization, which performs particleboard and MDF production, wood cutting line for the separation of stones and similar foreign objects, and the automation of board counting processes on the finished product shipping line the project was initiated with the goal. Manual inspection and counting processes on the line were causing both loss of time and quality issues. The AREaiONX platform was implemented with AI-powered analysis modules that instantaneously detect risky objects such as stones through camera systems integrated into the wood cutting line. Likewise, located on the board shipping conveyor belt the counting of products with camera-based image processing algorithms with up to 99% accuracy was performed.

IZBAS-IZMIR FREE TRADE ZONE

Configured specifically for the organization, license plate recognition systemwas implemented by integrating with existing IP cameras located at entry points. The license plates of incoming vehicles are identified in real-time, white list/black list comparisons are made, and appropriate routing is performed automatically.Through the system:In-campus vehicle traffic became organized and controlled, the workload of security personnel was reduced, unauthorized entries were eliminated, and entry-exit logs became auditable by being recorded centrally. This project has demonstrated how our products and solutions highly align with corporate security needs and how they increase operational efficiency with user-friendly automation capabilities.

Our partnership with our organization, which aims to accelerate digitalization steps in raw material facilities and comply with the relevant regulations, Digitization of printed weighbridge tickets with OCR-based artificial intelligence solutions and integration into the central SAP system began. Data such as vehicle types, company information, and shipment codes are retrieved from the ERP system, system systematic routing and access control was performed.Through this application:Waiting times at entrances and exits were minimized, manual entry errors were prevented, logistics operations were ensured to function fully integrated with the ERP system, and processes became traceable and reportable. The flexible integration capability of our solutions provided high efficiency by working seamlessly with the organization's existing infrastructure.

AKTASLAR FROZEN FOODS

In our organization, which produces frozen bakery products, accurate counting and sorting of various product types on the final conveyor line the project process was initiated due to the need. Accuracy problems and labor costs experienced in manual counting processes revealed the need for automation on the production line. The AREaiONX platform, with AI-based analysis algorithms capable of counting frozen products of different shapes and sizes with high accuracy was implemented. By integrating real-time product recognition and counting modules through camera imagery, piece-based reporting was provided for each product type at the end of the production line.
